With an Ignite coach on your side, you’ll see faster results.

If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re unsatisfied or in need of some direction. A career coach gives you an outside perspective that only expertise can offer. Whether you are trying to decide what you want to do with your life, considering a career pivot, figuring out how to manage a difficult employee, or needing to build a more collaborative team, your coach will meet you where you’re at, ask the right questions to spark growth, and craft a plan to move you forward. A coach helps you find viable solutions faster, which saves you time, reduces stress, and builds your confidence. And, it never hurts to have another person rooting for your success.

Our Process

Lasting change and big decisions are rarely made quickly. (At least not good decisions.) At Ignite, we want to see you or your team reach your goals. It takes time, often 3 sessions or at least a ½ day workshop, to achieve meaningful results. Invest your time with us, we’re excited to invest in you.

1

Where are you now?

We’ll start by getting to know you, what’s most important to you, what you’re good at, what challenges you’re facing and your goals for the future.

2

Where do you want to be?

Together, we’ll explore opportunities and evaluate how each aligns with what you do best and what you want most.

3

How do you get there?

Applying your unique strengths, we’ll design a personalized action plan with strategies to move you toward your goal.

We will help you identify personal strengths, increase emotional intelligence, embrace inclusivity, and appreciate the strengths of others – power skills in any industry.

“I honestly didn't know what to expect. Having done coaching in the past, I was a bit skeptical. Gaining so much insight after only one session was a game changer.”

— Leslie L, 42, Luxury Brands Guest Experience Manager

Assessments

Assessments are just one piece of information that can be used to help inform our discussion.

At Ignite, we use the CliftonStrengths assessment frequently with professionals, managers, and teams. Whether you’re hoping to discover your own strengths or empower your team to develop theirs, CliftonStrengths unlocks potential by helping us understand what makes us unique. “This online test measures the intensity of your talents in each of the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. These 34 themes represent what people do best.” And, CliftonStrengths is immediately actionable. Your coach will help you develop and aim your strengths to achieve your goals. Source: Gallup

Depending on your goals and challenges, we may also use other assessments such as the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360. Our recommendations will be based on your unique needs.

“You need to put in the work to get the results you want. Taking that first step is great, and now you need to continue on that trajectory. You need to be upfront about what you want and make concrete plans to get there.”
